Abstract
The invention relates to the field of display, in particular to a flexible display substrate, a preparing method thereof and a display device. The preparing method of the flexible display substrate comprises the steps of providing a bearing substrate; forming a connecting layer on the bearing substrate, wherein the connecting layer is prepared from a high-critical-solution-temperature thermosensitive high polymer material; forming a flexible substrate on the connecting layer; preparing the display device on the flexible substrate; utilizing the temperature lower than the critical temperature of the high-critical-solution-temperature thermosensitive high polymer material for treating the connecting layer to make adhesive force between the connecting layer and the flexible substrate reduced,and stripping the flexible substrate provided with the display device from the bearing substrate on which the connecting layer is formed to obtain the flexible display substrate. By means of the preparing method of the flexible display substrate, the flexible display substrate and the bearing substrate can be easily separated, the separating uniformity is good, the production efficiency is high,and no harm is caused to the flexible display substrate.
