Abstract

The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a)multiple reinforcement positioning discs are prefabricated; (b) the reinforcement positioning discs are used; (c) reinforcing rib rings are added; and main rib fixing discs are removed; (d) spiral stirrup positioning buckles are manufactured and used; (e) gaps of the spiral stirrup buckles are arranged in a spiral stirrup compacting area away from the top end of a reinforcement cage by 3000 mm according to design requirements; and (f) two adjacent sets of spiral stirrup buckles are uniformly arranged in a spiral stirrup non-compacting area outside the spiral stirrup compacting area at intervals of 250 mm. The method has the advantages of simple structure and convenience for manufacturing of reinforcement positioning discs, guarantee of uniform intervals of spiral stirrups in the compacting area and the non-compacting area, accordance with the design requirements, increment of the once acceptation pass percent in reinforcement cage machining, prevention of rework caused by unqualifiedreinforcement cage acceptation and material and time waste caused by repeated work, and reduction of the labor and construction costs.
