Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid-solid two-phase radial flow visual simulation experiment device and method for rough cracks. The device comprises a wellbore flow simulating system, a rough crack simulating system and a data acquisition system. The method comprises the steps of (1) adding a liquid-phase fluid and the solid-phase particles to a mixed fluid storage tank and stirring evenly; (2) pumping the mixed fluid into a simulated wellbore; (3) the mixed fluid flowing from the simulated wellbore into a simulated rough crack further flowing out from an end outlet, and then flowing back to themixed fluid storage tank through a conveying pipeline to simulate a liquid-solid two-phase radial flow process in a rough crack; (4) reading a pressure gauge and a mixed fluid flowmeter value, collecting high-definition camera data and performing data sorting and analysis; (5) observing the liquid-solid two-phase radial flow in the rough crack under different conditions, and analyzing and comparing the laboratory results.
