Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of the preparation of a functional composite nano-fiber membrane and discloses a ZIF-8-loaded polyvinylidene fluoride nano-fiber membrane as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a polyvinylidene fluoride electrostatic spinning membrane; and (2) putting the polyvinylidene fluoride electrostatic spinning membrane obtained in the step (1) into a mixed methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole, and carrying out cyclic growth for three times,so as to obtain the ZIF-8-loaded polyvinylidene fluoride nano-fiber membrane. The process is easy in operation and low in cost; by virtue of multiple cyclic growth operations, the efficient loading of ZIF-8 nanoparticles to the surface of a fiber is realized; and Congo red wastewater can be effectively adsorbed, meanwhile, the mechanical property is enhanced, and the practicability of a materialis expanded.
