Abstract

The construction method includes the following steps that: valid samples that can beused for modeling evaluation are extracted from a sample data set; 10 features that meet on-site medical auxiliary diagnosis application are extracted from the feature set of the valid samples; the incomplete data set of the valid samples is randomly divided into a training set and a verification set; a random forest method is used to fit the training set so as to perform model construction, and optimal model parameters are recorded according to out-of-bag error; and a model classification threshold t is calculated with the verification set according to an ROC curve, so that the Kawasaki disease risk assessment model can be constructed.
