The method includes taking the battery system capacity of the electric vehicle substation, the rated power of PCS and the planned charging and discharging power of the electric vehicle substation in each period as decision variables, the actual power of the wind farm and the actual power exchange demand in each period as stochastic variables to establish the capacity optimal allocation model of the electric vehicle substation; determining theoptimal battery system capacity and PCS rated power by the optimal objective of the capacity optimization model, which is to maximize the probability of the unsatisfied power index, the abandoned windpower index and the annualized income index.
