Abstract

The invention provides a monitoring system for the stern gantry structure of a large-scale ocean trawler, which belongs to the field of ship structure monitoring. The system comprises a sensor system,an information acquisition and processing system, an information communication and transmission system, an information analysis and monitoring system, and an intelligent loading system. A fiber grating strain sensor in the sensor system collects structural strain data of the stern gantry. A fiber grating demodulator in the information acquisition and processing system converts a wavelength signalof a reflected light wave into an electrical signal. An information analysis computer in the information analysis and monitoring system analyzes the data through software with a damage diagnosis function, determines the location of the damage, identifies the damage degree, and evaluates the health status of the structure. The intelligent loading system can use the data of the information analysisand monitoring system to calculate ship stability, ship strength and structural stress. The system reasonably combines the loading system and the monitoring of the stern gantry structure of large-scale ocean trawler, and intuitively displays the force of the tailgate.
