According to the method, an open-loop transfer function of a system is obtained by linearization on a reference adaptive model and a stability condition thereof, a cutoff frequency and a phase of an open-loop system are calculated bycombining a gourdain method, a stable condition of the open-loop system is given out by combining an automatic control theory, and the adaptive parameter adjustment method is given out when the cutoff frequency and phase margin do not conform to a relevant condition.
