Abstract

By installing a wheel to be hung on the top of the test door, the hanging wheel is embedded into the hanging rail installed atthe top of the rack, therefore, a host instructs the power mechanism to drive the test door to move, the pressure sensor on the test door detects the push-pull force during the movement process of thetest door, the host collects the push-pull force detected by the pressure sensor in real time and compares the change of the push-pull force to judge the flatness and service life of the hanging wheel, and the operation is simple and convenient.
