Abstract

The invention provides an NI-PXI-platform-based hardware-in-the-loop test device for a complete vehicle controller of a pure electric vehicle. The hardware-in-the-loop test device comprises a pure electric vehicle complete vehicle controller VCU, an NI real-time processor, an NI board card, a fault injection system, and a PC machine. To be specific, the NI real-time processor is used for operatinga simulation model to simulate the running state of a controlled object; the NI board card is used for simulating the input and output; connection with a tested VCU is realized through an I / O interface; with Veristand software, the model interface is associated with the board card resources to form one set of real-time simulation systems; and a VCU system control strategy is detected on the PC machine. According to the invention, the control strategy of the complete vehicle controller is verified and tested; and the development cycle of the complete vehicle controller is shortened.
