The efficient thermal management system comprises an integrated heat exchange component, an electromagnetic thermal expansion valve, a battery pack, a compressor, a condenser and a battery low-temperature radiator which are arranged outside an HVAC assembly, wherein the integrated heat exchange component and the electromagnetic thermal expansion valve are closely attached to each other for heat exchange. The efficient thermal management system for the new energy vehicle is ingenious in design and easy to implement. When the ambient temperature is lower than the water temperature of the battery low-temperature radiator, a traditional cooling method of air cooling and water cooling is adopted to achievestability, reliability and extremely low energy consumption with almost no influence on the range of the new energy vehicle. When the ambient temperature is higher than the water temperature of the battery low-temperature radiator, a traditional air-conditioning refrigeration method is adopted to achieve extremely high heat exchange efficiency, eliminate the influence of the ambient temperature and enable a heat exchange process to be stable and reliable.
