Abstract

The invention discloses a conjugate for gentiopicroside. The conjugate has a general formula (I) as described in the specification, and is formed through conjugation of a gentiopicroside hapten and anantigenicity-generating carrier material, preferably bovine serum albumin, in a coupled manner. In the general formula (I), n is the molecular number of gentiopicroside combined with a bovine serum protein molecule; n is an integer of 1 to 20; BSA is the bovine serum albumin; and the range of molecular weight is in a range of 6.6 KDa to 6.9 KDa. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the conjugate. With the preparation method, the gentiopicroside is linked with an immunogenicity-generating carrier material to combine into the conjugate capable of inducing an animal immune system to generate an antibody. The conjugate provided by the invention has the characteristics of good specificity, high accuracy, quickness, simplicity and convenience; and a basis is provided for preparation of an enzyme-linked immunological detection reagent of the gentiopicroside by using the conjugate provided by the invention.
