Abstract

The embodiments of the invention provide an indication method for a DRX (DRX (Discontinuous Reception) parameter), relevant equipment and a system. The method comprises the following steps: generatinga communication signal or a payload, wherein the communication signal or payload is used to indicate the DRX parameter; and transmitting the communication signal to a user terminal or transmitting the payload to the user terminal on a communication channel. As the DRX parameter is indicated by the communication signal or the payload, the flexibility of the DRX parameter can be improved, thereby saving power of the user terminal.
