Embodiment approach

[0033] Hereinafter, the washing machine according to the embodiment is divided into components and used Figure 1 to Figure 11 to explain.

[0034] [1-1. Structure of washing machine]

[0035] First, use figure 1 The configuration of the washing machine according to the embodiment will be described.

[0036] figure 1 It is a vertical cross-sectional view of the washing machine according to the embodiment.

[0037] Such as figure 1 As shown, the washing machine according to the embodiment includes a washing machine main body 1 , an upper casing 12 , and a water tank unit 19 installed inside the washing machine main body 1 , and the like.

[0038] The water tank unit 19 includes a water tank 3, a washing and dehydrating tank 4, a balancer device 7, a motor 8, a transmission mechanism 9, and the like, and constitutes a vibration system of the washing machine.

[0039] The water tank 3 is supported inside the washing machine main body 1 in a suspended state in a vibration...

Abstract

In the present invention, a balancer device (7) forms two layers in the radial direction and comprises annular chambers (33, 34) having a plurality of partition walls (36, 37) radially distributed therein. The partition walls (36, 37) are constituted from: transverse parts (36a, 37a) that extend across upper parts of the annular chambers (33, 34); substantially perpendicular parts (36b, 37b) thatare connected to the transverse parts (36a, 37a) and vertically extend a predetermined height; and inclined parts (36c, 37c) that extend angularly from the lower ends of the substantially perpendicular parts (36b, 37b) to positions at a predetermined height from inner bottom parts on the inner circumference side of the annular chambers (33, 34). This allows the balancer device (7) to have a sufficient inner diameter, ensures ease of removal of laundry, and makes it possible to suppress vibration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a washing machine which performs a series of actions such as washing, rinsing and dehydration. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, a washing machine having a structure in which a balancer device is provided on an upper portion of the washing and dehydrating tank to suppress vibration during dehydration has been proposed (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). [0003] The balancer device of the washing machine described in Patent Document 1 is formed of an annular body obtained by welding and sealing an upper annular case and a lower annular case, and a predetermined amount of liquid is sealed in the annular body. When an imbalance occurs due to, for example, the weight of the laundry in the washing and dehydrating tank, the liquid in the annular body moves to the side opposite to the weight of the clothes. Accordingly, the vibration of the washing and dehydrating tank is suppressed. [0004] As the washing and d...
