Abstract

The process is characterized in that the force control sensor is used for controlling the contact force between the tool and the surface of a workpiece so that the robot can grind a trace on the surface of the workpiece when the robot moves according to a specified path, the robot deviates towards the same direction by acertain distance every time when the robot finishes walking along the path, and then a smooth surface is obtained; and finally, the workpiece is rotated by a small section of radian every time when the surface is ground by a certain width so that the oxidation layer on the surface of the whole bowl-shaped workpiece can be removed, and then the good surface roughness can be obtained.
