Abstract

On the basis of an existing offshore wind power access grid planning research, influence of offshore wind power flexible delivery on security and stability of a power grid needs further study, and a safe and stable control strategy adapting to large-scale access andflexible delivery of offshore wind power is provided. The method comprises: step 1, establishing a mathematical model for large system coordinated control aimed at a large-scale offshore wind power flexible delivery system; and step 2, using the mathematical model for large system coordinated control to formulate a solution strategy. The method considers in an aspect of a basic method of safe andstable control, and establishes a safety control strategy by establishing the coordinated control mathematical model and a method for solving the model, thereby maintaining system stability.
