Problems solved by technology

However, this method only considers three multipath transmission paths. In L-band radar detection, echo signals of various combined paths including diffraction and multiple reflections are often received. If the broken line echo signal is not identified , it will not be possible to accurately locate the target

[0054] Step 1: Initialization of corner target multipath transmission environment parameters

[0055] For the corner area containing three walls where there are targets, the simulation scene is as follows figure 2 As shown, the relative permittivity of the three walls is the constant ε r =6. The coordinate origin is located in the lower left corner of the scene, the walls Wall-1 and Wall-2 are parallel to the y-axis, and the abscissas are D 1 = 1.5m, D 2 = 5.0m. Wall Wall-3 is perpendicular to Wall-1, and the corner coordinates of the composition are R 1 =[1.5m,1.5m] T . The single target is located on one side of the corner, along the straight line from S=[1.9m,1.9m] T Go to Q=[4.8m,4.8m] T . In order to detect the target, an L-band ultra-wideband radar is placed on the other side of the corner, and the coordinates are R=[0.5m,0.9m] T .

Abstract

The invention discloses a single-transmitting and single-receiving L-band ultra wide band radar target positioning method based on multipath utilization. The positioning problem when a target is located in a radar non-direct-view area is mainly solved. Aiming at the problems that an existing radar is difficultly matched with different actual transmission paths when more echo types exist, and thusthe non-direct-view target cannot be accurately positioned, a positioning algorithm based on echo-peak matching is proposed through the transmitting characteristic of multipath echoes. The algorithm comprises the steps: firstly, the received echo-peaks are correctly matched with the types of the actual transmission paths, and then the accurate target position is obtained according to the actual transmission paths. The single-transmitting and single-receiving L-band ultra wide band radar target positioning method has the advantages that the position of the target in the non-direct-view area canbe accurately obtained, real-time performance is good, and meanwhile good robustness for certain multipath echo missing detection situations is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of multipath radar target positioning, in particular to a single target positioning method under the condition that the target is located in a radar non-direct sight area and the types of multipath echoes are many and unknown. Background technique [0002] Urban environment target monitoring has important applications in the fields of urban combat, rescue and anti-terrorism. In these cases, the target is often hidden in a concealed area composed of multiple walls, so that the radar cannot directly detect the target through electromagnetic waves. Fortunately, when the electromagnetic wave propagates in the corner roadway, there are many different propagation paths besides the direct detection path. The target can be detected by using the electromagnetic wave diffraction of the wall corner. At the same time, due to the smooth wall of the roadway, the electromagnetic wave is transmitted from the radar After be...
