Abstract

The invention discloses FA (ferulic acid) and VCR (vincristine) composition and an application in preparation of a drug for preventing and treating human tumor. The FA and VCR composition comprises FAand VCR. Cell biological function experiments prove that FA and VCR can better synergistically inhibit activity of human tumor cells when combined and used in a range of the mass ratio being (6.28-30.57):1, reduce dosage of VCR and play a toxicity reduction role, thereby showing good treatment effects on occurrence of tumor. Therefore, the FA and VCR can be combined into composition to be used asan effective component to prepare the drug for preventing and treating human tumor.
