The composite forming device comprises a clamp, a drive control unit, and two composite forming modules;the two composite forming modules are symmetrically arranged on the two faces of two laminated metal plate raw materials, and the twolaminated metal plate raw materials are fixed by the clamp; each composite forming module comprises a tool head, an ultrasonic mechanism, and a spindle motor; a spindle of the spindle motor is connected with the tool head and controls the tool head torotateto make contact with the metal plate raw materials, the ultrasonic mechanism is installed in the fixed part of the spindle motor, andthe drive control unit is connected with the spindle motors of thetwo composite forming modules correspondingly forcontrolling synchronous movement of the two composite forming modules.
