Voltage signals are transferred to the sensitization amplification mechanism through a lead, so that the sensitization amplification mechanism deforms mechanically; through amplification of the sensitization amplification mechanism, a relatively large deformation amount is output and acts on the optical fiber, so that the central wavelength of the optical fiber changes; and throughdetecting wavelength drift distance, to-be-detected electric field intensity is obtained.
