The invention discloses a lifting
system gear shaft torque monitoring device and a gear shaft. The device comprises
torque transmission tubes,
strain measurement tubes, measurement
fiber bragg gratings, transmission optical fibers, a rotary connector, a demodulator and a terminal, the
strain measurement tubes are connected between the two adjacent
torque transmission tubes, the measurement
fiber bragg gratings are attached to the outer walls of the
strain measurement tubes, a connecting hole is formed in each strain measurement tube, one ends of the transmission optical fibers penetrate through the connecting holes to be connected with the measuring
fiber bragg gratings, the other ends of the transmission optical fibers penetrate through the
torque transmission tubes to be connected with the rotary connector, the rotary connector is in
data connection with the demodulator, and the demodulator is in
data connection with the terminal; and the outer
diameter of the torque transmission tubes is more than the outer
diameter of the strain measurement tubes. According to the scheme, the torque of the climbing gear shaft can be accurately detected in real time, so that whether loads borne by all transmission devices are balanced or not can be effectively reflected, overload caused by deformation or other reasons of individual lifting systems can be found in time, and accidents are avoided.
