Abstract

The technology comprises the following steps of (1) conducting purifying, wherein heat treatment at the temperature of 205-255 DEG C is conducted onthe glass fiber; (2) conducting coarsening, wherein the glass fiber obtained after oil removal in the step (1) is placed in a coarsening solution, the temperature of the coarsening solution is raisedto 30-40 DEG C, and dipping is conducted for 4-7 min under the condition of keeping the temperature; (3) conducting cleaning, wherein the coarsened glass fiber is flushed with water, so that remaining coarsening liquid on the surface of the glass fiber is removed; (4) conducting sensitizing, wherein the glass fiber washed in the step (3) is placed in a sensitizing solution for sensitizing treatment at the room temperature; (5) conducting activation, wherein the sensitized glass fiber in the step (4) is directly placed in an activation solution, stirring is performed for 3-5 h, and then standing is performed for 1-2 h; (6) conducting cleaning; and (7) conducting drying.
