The system comprises an oil-cooled lubrication-type electromechanical coupling system, an oil-cooled integrated high-pressure integrated controller, an oil-cooled power battery system, a composite heating and cooling air-conditioning system based on a high-efficiency heat pump, a central heat exchanger system, a modular air-cooling system, a switchable loop system and a control device. By switching the controlled pipelines, various heat-generating components operate at a suitable temperaturewhen the vehicle is at a low temperature. The waste heat is fully utilized and is introduced into a power battery pack and the vehicle interior for heating, thereby shortening the running time of a heat pump air conditioning system and a PTC heater and reducing heating power consumption. The preheating time is shortened, which is conducive to the health of the power battery. The heat is dischargedat high temperature to ensure that the respective heating parts operate at the suitable temperature.
