Abstract

The invention discloses a method for monitoring a running state of a server. The method comprises the steps of calling an interface calling association list stored in a local database to obtain the associated server and an identity label and monitoring rules of the server, wherein the monitoring rules at least include monitoring time and/or a monitoring period; based on the associated server and the identity label, the monitoring time and/or the monitoring period of the server, sending a reporting instruction to the server; and monitoring whether heartbeat information reported by the server onthe basis of the reporting instruction is received or not within a preset time interval so as to judge the running state of the server. The invention further discloses a platform, a system and a readable storage medium. The method can be used for carrying out configurable regular monitoring on running states of a plurality of servers in a cluster system, and system resources are saved, so that the labor cost and the supervision cost are reduced.
