The multilayer parking mechanism based on automatic induction comprises a frame structure, an elevator device, a transverse shifting device, a control induction device and a safety protectiondevice; the frame structure is formed by a plurality of steel frame horizontal beams and a plurality of steel frame vertical beams which are staggered and fastened through bolts; the frame structure is horizontally arranged on ground surface; a plurality of horizontal slot type slide rails are arranged up and down on inner side walls of the steel frame vertical beams on the two sides of the framestructure; the slot type slide rails on the two sides are symmetrical to each other; the frame structure is divided into a zero layer, a first layer, a second layer, a third layer and a fourth layer in turn from bottom to top by the slot type slide rails; the slot type slide rails are served as rails for reciprocating motion of each-layer transverse shifting device.
