The emulsion polymerization system comprises a reaction kettle, an initiator tank and emulsification tanks, wherein multiple emulsification tanks are connected in parallel; a reaction liquid inlet and an initiator inlet are formed in the reaction kettle; first feeding holes, second feedingholes and reaction liquid outlets are respectively formed in the emulsification tanks; the reaction liquid outlets are connected with the reaction liquid inlet of the reaction kettle; an initiator inlet and an initiator outlet are formed in the initiator tank; the initiator outlet is connected with the initiator inlet of the reaction kettle; first flow control valves are respectively arranged on pipelines where the emulsification tanks are connected with the reaction kettle. By adopting the emulsion polymerization system, different monomers are independently emulsified through the multiple emulsification tanks in parallel, and are further polymerized in the reaction kettle at different stages according to demands, so that the problem that macromolecular chain segments are randomly distributed because of reactivity ratios of different monomers can be solved, and control on polymerization numbers and positions of different monomers on the macromolecular chain segments of emulsions is achieved.
