Abstract

The sample chamber comprises a base and a gland. A boss for carrying a sample is arranged at the top of the base; a window assembly for pressing the sample sleeves the boss; the bottomof the window assembly is connected with the base by an elastic mechanism; and the window assembly is driven by the elastic mechanism to float up and down for adjustment. The gland presses the top ofthe window assembly and can be installed on the base in a lifting adjustment manner; and the gland adjusts the height of the pressing down of the window assembly in a lifting manner. The sample chamber has the following beneficial effects: the sample chamber has a simple and compact structure; the height of the window assembly is adjusted stably by cooperation of the gland, the elastic mechanism,and the base, so that the window assembly compresses the sample in a floating manner; and the adjusting operation becomes simple and convenient and the universality is high.
