Embodiment Construction

[0044] In order to have a further understanding of the technical solution and beneficial effects of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention and its beneficial effects will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0045] Based on the weight function theory of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the invention applies the multi-electrode electromagnetic measurement method to the measurement of the blood flow velocity of the arteries and veins of human limbs. Using the finite element analysis method, using the COMSOL Multiphysics multi-physics simulation software to establish a three-dimensional model of the multi-electrode limb blood measurement system, simulate the magnetic field of the C-shaped coil excitation system, and obtain the string terminal voltage at different positions on the limb cross-section through multiple electrodes Calculate the weight function, and finally calculate the axial average velocity of the...

Abstract

The invention relates to a measurement method of blood flow rate distribution in the limbs. The measurement method of blood flow rate distribution in the limbs comprises the following steps: setting acutting magnetic field perpendicular to a cross section of a human arm; uniformly arranging a plurality of electrodes on periphery of the human arm; and carrying out rate reconstruction according tothe following formula so as to obtain blood flow rate in the arteries and the veins in various areas of the arm. In the formula, Vi denotes blood flow rate, B denotes magnetic induction intensity, r denotes radius of an arm, Ai denotes area, Uj denotes magnitude of electromotive force, and Wij denotes weight value. The measurement method of blood flow rate distribution in the limbs is a non-invasive measurement method which requires no surgical intervention, so that, complications, such as blood contamination and the like, are avoided; moreover, the measurement method is small in error and capable of truly reflecting blockage of the arteries and the veins. In addition, the measurement method can be applied in blood flow rate measurement of different individuals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of theoretical models of medical devices, in particular to a method for measuring blood flow velocity distribution of limbs. Background technique [0002] Blood flow rate is an important indicator for the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide and is often associated with atherosclerosis, the buildup of lipids in the walls of arteries. Atherosclerosis occurs in the upper or lower extremities of a person (called peripheral artery disease). Early detection of PAD enables primary prevention, thereby reducing morbidity, mortality, and the financial cost of associated resources. In modern medical methods, the measurement of blood flow velocity can prevent and control in advance the stubborn diseases that have plagued human beings for a long time. In addition, doctors can take corresponding m...
