The invention discloses a numerical simulation method for a water replacement effect of a water resource guiding and clearing dispatcher, which comprises the following steps: 1) selecting and defininga water replacement rate for representing the water replacement effect on the basis of a guiding and clearing dispatcher according to a new-to-old basic principle; 2) expressing the water body concentration by selecting the mass percentage concentration, and establishing the equivalent relationship between the water body concentration and the water body replacement rate through reasonable assumption and simplification; 3) establishing a hydromechanics basic equation including a continuous equation, a motion equation and a convection diffusion equation; 4) analyzing the characteristics of theriver network district where the region of interest of the diversion scheduling is located, determining the modeling range and dimension of the mathematical model, building a hydrodynamic force and convective diffusion coupling mathematical model, and setting the initial concentration and boundary concentration of a convective diffusion module; and 5) operating and calculating the mathematical model of hydrodynamic force and convection diffusion coupling, and analyzing and researching water body replacement conditions at different time and different positions in the region.
