Abstract

The invention discloses a progressive hot bending threading device and method. The progressive hot bending threading device is used for the threading of a hot bent steel between adjacent frames of a hot bending forming assembly. The progressive thermal bending threading device comprises an inner guiding device for supporting the inner surface of the hot bent steel and an outer guiding device for supporting an outer surface of the hot bent steel; a threading passage is formed between the inner guiding device and the outer guiding device; an inlet section of the threading passage is fitted witha hole-shaped section of a front frame; an outlet section of the threading passage is fitted to a hole-shaped section of a rear frame; and a progressive transition section is arranged from an inlet toan outlet of the threading passage. According to the progressive thermal bending threading device, the inlet section is gradually changed to the outlet section to be fitted with the hole-shaped section of the corresponding frames, the threading of the hot bent steel between every frames of the hot bending forming assembly is achieved by limiting and guiding of the inner guiding device and the outer guiding device in the threading process, so that the temperature requirements in the whole hot bending process is met.
