Abstract

The protection box comprises an upper arc-shaped casing pipe and a lower arc-shaped casing pipe, wherein the upperarc-shaped casing pipe and the lower arc-shaped casing pipe are oppositely arranged and are connected for forming a box body; a channel is arranged between the upper arc-shaped casing pipe and the lower arc-shaped casing pipe for placing the cable joint; and the inner wall of the upper arc-shaped casing pipe and the inner wall of the lower arc-shaped casing pipe are independently coated with a high-temperature-resistant layer. By use of the protection box, the upper arc-shaped casing pipe and the lower arc-shaped casing pipe are oppositely arranged and are connected for forming the box body,in addition, the channel is arranged between the upper arc-shaped casing pipe and the lower arc-shaped casing pipe for placing the cable joint so as to protect the cable joint, the inner wall of the upper arc-shaped casing pipe and the inner wall of the lower arc-shaped casing pipe are independently coated with the high-temperature-resistant layer, the anti-explosion fire-proof effect of the protection box is improved through the high heat conduction coefficient, the high heat transfer performance, the high ductility and the high thermal shock resistant coefficient of the protection box, and therefore, fire hazard accidents due to cable circuit faults can be avoided.
