Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying metabolites of phoxim in different tissue of freshwater fishes. A soaking method is adopted for drug delivery, and an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole flight time high-resolution mass spectrum (UPLC-QTOFMS) is used for qualitatively detecting the metabolites of phoxim in different tissue. The method comprises the following steps that 1, different tissue is collected after the freshwater fishes are soaked in a phoxim solution; 2, samples are extracted, wherein an extracting agent is obtained by mixing acetonitrile and ethyl acetate in the volume ratio of 5:1, and a purifying agent is prepared by mixing anhydrous magnesium sulfate and octadecyl silane bonded silica gel in the mass ratio 10:1; 3, UPLC-QTOFMS quantitative analysis is carried out, wherein the metabolites of the tissue samples are judged by being compared with phoxim, O,O,O',O',-tetraethyl dithiopyrophosphate and O,O-diethyl thiophosphate in the aspects of retention time and ion mass.
