Abstract

The invention discloses a directional coupler. A main signal line comprises a main signal line first segment and a main signal line second segment which are electrically isolated on a first conductorlayer. A coupling signal line is a transmission line on the first conductor layer and is positioned between the main signal line first segment and the main signal line second segment; at least a portion of the coupling signal line is adjacent and substantially parallel to at least a portion of the main signal line first segment and at least a portion of the main signal line second segment. An open-circuit cut line comprises an open-circuit cut line I and an open-circuit cut line II on the first conductor layer; at least a portion of each of the two open-circuit cut lines is adjacent to and substantially parallel to at least a portion of each of the two main signal lines. A through hole electrode is electrically connected with the main signal line on the first conductor layer and a connecting line on a second conductor layer. The connecting line is arranged on the second conductor layer and is used for electrically connecting the main signal line first segment and the main signal line second segment on the first conductor layer. The directional coupler has the advantages of being large in coupling coefficient and small in area.
