The method comprises the steps that a first counter is arranged at an outlet of a strip smoke soldering iron of a cigarettepackaging machine table, so as to obtain the number of the production strips of the cigarette packaging machine table; a second counter is arranged at the outlet of a carton lifter so as to obtain the number of the strips passing through the carton lifter; a third counter is arranged at the conveying inlet of the finished product warehouse so as to obtain the number of the strips entering the finished product warehouse, the output data of each group is determined according to the counting trigger time and counting pulse signals of the first counter, the second counter and the third counter. According to the cigarette yield data acquisition method and system, the statistical precision of the cigarette yield can be improved, and the intelligence and instantaneity of production management can be improved.
