The fan-shaped section further comprises three pairs of small free rollers, a pair of driving rollers, a pair of large free rollers, a driving roller screwdown oil cylinder and a horizontal oil cylinder. The using method comprises the following steps that a casting blank enters through an inlet of the fan-shaped section, the solidified tail end of a liquid core of the casting blank is made to be located at the roller gap between the pair of large free rollers, 10-15mm reduction is applied to the casting blank through a large free roller screwdown oil cylinder, when reduction is applied, the large free rollers of the lower frame are lifted up through the horizontal oil cylinder, and after extrusionis finished, the casting blank is output through an outlet of the fan-shaped section.
