Abstract

A transformer comprises a support, multiple copper terminals, a magnetic core and a winding. The support adopts integrated injection moulding and comprises a top frame and multiple parallel support plates perpendicular to the face of the top frame, wherein the central portions of the multiple support plates communicate through a hollow transverse barrel. The multiple copper terminals and the support are simultaneously assembled in an integrated injection molding manner, and the copper terminals are installed on the top frame. Each copper terminal is composed of an upper protrusion, a middle plate and a lower protrusion. A terminal side hole is formed in the middle plate. The magnetic core is composed of a left half portion and a right half portion. The left half portion is in an E shape. The right half portion is in an E shape with the middle protrusion portion being tubular. The left half portion and the middle protrusion of the right half portion of the magnetic core penetrate into the transverse barrel of the support plate, so that the left half portion and the right half portion of the magnetic core can be tightly assembled together. The winding penetrates through the terminalside holes of the copper terminals. A reserved wire rod of the winding is higher than the terminal side holes of the copper terminals.
