Abstract

The invention discloses a predicting risk model establishing method for mother serum AFP and freebeta-HCG to fetus hypospadias. The method comprises the following steps of (1), dividing pregnant womento a case set and a contrasting set according to existence of the fetus hypospadias; (2), detecting the AFP and freebeta-HCG levels of two sets of pregnant women by means of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay; and (3), in detecting, detecting the AFP and the freebeta-HCG levels of the serum of the to-be-detected pregnant women by means of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay, and performing screening bymeans of a risk calculating model which is constructed by the AFP and the freebeta-HCG. The predicting risk model establishing method is advantageous in that relatively high sensitivity and specificity are realized in middle pregnancy mother serum AFP and freebeta-HCG joint screening to the hypospadias fetus; and the mother serum AFP and freebeta-HCG can be new markers for predicting the fetus hypospadias; and the risk calculating model which is constructed according to the serum AFP and freebeta-HCG levels has relatively high clinical value for screening the fetus hypospadias.
