The device may comprise six transmitting coils, six compensating capacitors, and seven decoupling elements, wherein the transmitting coils are arranged in a double-row array and the distances between the centers of the any two adjacent transmitting coils are the same. Or the device may comprise seven circular transmitting coils, seven compensating capacitors, six decoupling elements, wherein the six transmitting coils surround the other one transmitting coil, and the distances between the centers of the any two adjacent transmitting coils are the same. The mutual inductance among all transmitting coils can be eliminated by configuration. Further, the compensating capacitors are configured to satisfy the resonance.
