The system comprises a main controller unit, a power unit, an optical fiber unit and circuit breaker units; the power unit is connected to the tail end of the optical fiber unit; the starting end of the optical fiber unit is connected to the main controller unit; and thecircuit breaker units are arranged on the two sides of the optical fiber unit.
