The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively pouring the organic sun-screening agent and the dispersing agent to a reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 45-60 DEG C, performing uniform stirring, then pumping the solid inorganic sun-screening agent, performing uniform stirring, performing homogenizing, performing filtration, and performing impurity removal so as to obtain the sun-screening composition.
