The construction technology comprises the steps that after a roadbed is backfilled toa certain height, a first layer ramming surface of a high-speed hydraulic rammer is reinforced by the high-speed hydraulic rammer, when the backfill thickness reaches a second layer ramming surface ofthe high-speed hydraulic rammer, and the high-speed hydraulic rammer is used for reinforcing again; spacing and first time ramming points of the first layer ramming surface of the high-speed hydraulic rammer are arranged according to tamping points, and then the high-speed hydraulic rammer is used for ramming and reinforcing according to the arranged ramming points; and after the first time ramming is finished, the ramming surface is flattened and rolled, after rolling is completed, spacing and second time ramming points are arranged according to the ramming points, then the high-speed hydraulic rammer is used for ramming and reinforcing according to the arranged ramming points, after the second time ramming is overall completed, the second time ramming points are flattened and rolled, and backfilling is resumed after completion of construction.
