Abstract

The frequency adjustment device includes an adjustable-speed stepping motor and a slider crank mechanism, which can realize the adjustable contact frequency of the electrodes. The load adjusting device includes a stepping motor with adjustable rotation angle and a screw mechanism, so as to realize precise adjustment of the distance between contact electrodes and thus change the contact load. The left and right contact electrodes are respectively installed at the ends of the frequency adjustment device and the load adjustment device, and the charges generated by the contact flow back and forth between the two electrodes through the resistance. The force and electricity signal measuring device collects and stores the load and current at the moment of contact in real time.
