Embodiment Construction

[0032] The amplitude-controllable multi-channel radiofrequency ablation system and method proposed by the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. This embodiment implements a multi-channel radio frequency ablation system and method with controllable amplitude when there are 4 ablation electrodes. attached figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the structure of a multi-channel radiofrequency ablation system with controllable amplitude. Amplitude-controllable multi-channel radio frequency ablation system A1, multi-polar catheter A2, myocardial lesion site A3 and reference plate A4 together constitute a multi-channel radio frequency current loop; figure 2 It shows the main functional modules inside the system of the present invention and their connection modes. figure 2A two-way amplitude-controllable radio frequency voltage generator is listed. The power amplifiers (S12 and S13) complete the filtering an...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment electronics, and particularly relates to a multi-way radio frequency ablation system based on the controllable amplitude. The system comprises a two-way radio frequency voltage generator with the controllable amplitude, a multi-pole ablation catheter and a reference pole plate; the two-way radio frequency voltage generator with thecontrollable amplitude comprises a power amplifier, a DC-DC module, a main power transformer, a power switch array, a multi-way radio frequency voltage and current sensor, a radio frequency electric parameter detecting module, a multi-way high-speed ADC module, a power module and a master controller. The system switches two ways of radio frequency voltage with the amplitude difference to multi-wayoutput, and the multi-way radio frequency voltage is released to biologic tissue through the multi-pole catheter. Due to the release way that the two-way radio frequency voltage with the amplitude difference is set, the duty ratio, the voltage amplitude, the ablation time and other parameters are output, and linear damage, annular damage, box damage, crossed damage or point damage to cardiac muscles can be caused.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical electronics, and in particular relates to a multi-channel radio frequency ablation system with controllable amplitude. Background technique [0002] Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia in clinical practice. Atrial fibrillation and its complications seriously affect human life, health and quality of life. According to statistics, the current incidence of atrial fibrillation among adults in my country is about 0.77%, and that of people over 80 years old reaches 7.5%. Studies have shown that the ectopic excitatory focus in the pulmonary vein muscle sleeve is an important source of the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. Therefore, the use of radiofrequency energy to isolate the abnormal excitation conduction path between the pulmonary vein and the atrium is a common method for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. After more than 20 years of exploration, radiofrequency ablatio...
