The space allocation method includes the following steps: judging the period difference between the public search space and the specific search space. The effective time position in the specific search space is determined according to the period difference, and the effective time position is related to whether the time position used by the specific search space overlaps with the common search space. Each effective time position represents the time position at which the physical downlink control channel is started to be sent and does not overlap with each other.
