Abstract

The detachable suction cup rocker panel wave making machine is a multi-unit system composed of a plurality of structural units; each structural unit comprises a suction cup, a rocker panel, a large connecting rod, a rocker, a crank, an adjustable connecting rod and a servo motor; the lower end part of the rocker panel is connected with the suction cup through a rocker panel rotating shaft, and the upper end part of the rocker panel is hinged to one end of the large connecting rod; the other end of the large connecting rod is hinged to the rocker; the rocker is connected with the servo motor through the crank, the adjusting connecting rod and a ball screw; the crank comprises a crankshaft and a flywheel which rotates around the crankshaft; the servo motor outputs a torque which meets the wave making requirement to the ball screw according to a received wave making signal, and the ball screw converts therotational motion of the motor rotating shaft into a reciprocating linear motion with an upper stroke and a lower stroke; and when the ball screw performs the reciprocating linear motion, the other end of the adjusting connecting rod hinged with the ball screw is fixed on the flywheel of the crank, and the crank can be pushed to move through the adjusting connecting rod.
