The method comprises the following steps: detecting magnetic field change data of the vehicle entering by using athree-axis geomagnetic sensor, processing the data by using a finite state algorithm to obtain a vehicle entering signal, and driving a camera to photograph a license plate part by using the signal;converting the picture data including the license plate obtained by photographing into a one-dimensional array, and uploading the array content to a server end in a data stream mode by utilizing a method of sending a TCP data packet by an NB-IoT module; and finally, restoring the data stream into a picture format through specific processing at the server end, identifying the content of the license plate by using a specific license plate identification algorithm, and finally storing the result in the form of pictures and character strings at the server end.
