Abstract

The invention provides a wire-controlled chassis of a unmanned electric vehicle. The wire-controlled chassis is characterized by comprising a power supply, a vehicle control unit(VCU), a steering servo driver, a push rod motor, a traction motor driver, an encoder and sensors distributed on the chassis of the vehicle; the steering structure of the original step chassis is replaced by the steering servo motor, the precise position control characteristic of the steering servo motor is used for achieving the purpose of accurate wire-controlled steering, and the steering control of a traditional electric vehicle is replaced; the push rod motor is adopted as the driving force of a hydraulic disc brake, and the push rod motor is controlled directly by the VCU to replace the traditional braking mode. The VCU modulates and outputs precisely adjustable analog quantity through a built-in DAC converter to replace the handlebar-turning-type speed control of the traditional electric vehicle. A customized built-in encoder feeds back the rotating speed of the vehicle in real time to adjust the speed and learn the processing speed information. According to the wire-controlled chassis, artificial control can be completely gotten rid of through the wire-controlled system of the VCU, and the chassis can be operated independently.
