Embodiment

[0117] Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with examples, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited by these examples.

[0118] The physical properties described in the examples described later were evaluated by the following methods.

[0119]

[0120] The degree of acetylation of cellulose acetate is determined by the method of measuring the degree of acetylation in ASTM-D-817-91 (Testing method for cellulose acetate etc.). After weighing out 1.9 g of dry cellulose acetate, dissolving it in 150 ml of a mixed solvent of acetone and dimethyl sulfoxide (volume ratio 4:1), adding 30 ml of 1N-sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and saponifying at 25°C for 2 hours. Add phenolphthalein as an indicator, and titrate the excess sodium hydroxide with 1N-sulfuric acid (concentration factor: F). In addition, perform a blank test in the same way as above, and calculate the degree of acetylation according to the following formula;

[0121] Degre...

Embodiment 2

[0184] A cellulose acetate sheet was obtained in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, except that instead of the step of adding 90 parts by weight of distilled water to 10 parts by weight of cellulose acetate, and adding 90 parts by weight of a 50% by weight aqueous acetic acid solution to 10 parts by weight of cellulose acetate. The recovery rate was 96%.

[0185] For the obtained cellulose acetate sheet, the degree of acetylation, 6% viscosity, number average molecular weight (Mn), weight average molecular weight (Mw), content of low molecular weight components having a molecular weight less than 1 / 4 of the peak molecular weight, and absorbance method were measured Hue. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0186]

[0187] A cellulose acetate slurry was obtained in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, except that instead of adding 90 parts by weight of distilled water to 10 parts by weight of cellulose acetate, and adding 90 parts by weight of a 75% by weight aqueo...

Embodiment 3

[0189] Instead of adding 90 parts by weight of distilled water to 10 parts by weight of cellulose acetate, and adding 83 parts by weight of a 50% by weight acetone aqueous solution to 6 parts by weight of cellulose acetate, instead of washing the filter with 150 parts by weight of distilled water, the filter was used. A cellulose acetate sheet was obtained in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1 except for washing with 55 parts by weight of distilled water. The recovery rate is 98%.

[0190] For the obtained cellulose acetate sheet, the degree of acetylation, 6% viscosity, number average molecular weight (Mn), weight average molecular weight (Mw), content of low molecular weight components having a molecular weight less than 1 / 4 of the peak molecular weight, and absorbance method were measured Hue. The results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

An objective of the present inventions is to provide a cellulose acetate having exceptional transparency. This method for producing cellulose acetate flakes comprises: (a) a step in which acetic anhydride is reacted with cellulose in the presence of an acid catalyst and an acetic acid solvent, thereby generating a cellulose acetate dope; (b) a step in which the generated cellulose acetate is hydrolyzed and the acetylation degree is adjusted to 52-59%; (c) a step in which the adjusted cellulose acetate is settled out in the presence of water; (d) a step in which the cellulose acetate obtained by the settling out process is dispersed in a mixed solvent comprising a solvent having a solubility parameter Delta of 8-13 and a solvent having a solubility parameter Delta of at least 14, thereby forming a slurry; and (e) a step in which cellulose acetate is separated from the slurry and made into flakes. The mixed solvent contains 30-70wt% of the solvent having a solubility parameter delta of 8-13.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of cellulose acetate sheet. Background technique [0002] Cellulose acetate is one of the organic acid esters of cellulose as a cellulose derivative. It is used in clothing fibers, cigarette filters, plastics, films, coatings, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and construction applications. It is derived from cellulose. The production volume is large and it is industrially important. [0003] As a representative industrial production method of cellulose acetate, a so-called acetic acid method using acetic anhydride as an acetylating agent, acetic acid as a diluent, and sulfuric acid as a catalyst can be cited. The basic process of the acetic acid method consists of (1) dissociating / crushing the pulp material (soluble pulp) with a high content of α-cellulose, and then spreading the pre-treatment process of mixing acetic acid; (2) using acetic anhydride, acetic acid and acetylation A mixed acid composed ...
