Abstract

The invention provides a spray cooling heat exchanger which comprises a heat exchanger core body, spray assemblies and steam outlets. The upper end face and the lower end face of the heat exchanger core body are fixedly connected with the spray assemblies correspondingly, and the left end face and the right end face of the heat exchanger core body are fixedly connected with the steam outlets correspondingly. Each spray assembly comprises a spray cavity shell, a partition plate and spray heads, wherein the spray cavity shell is fixedly connected with the upper end face and the lower end face ofthe heat exchanger core body, the partition plate is arranged in the spray cavity shell, the partition plate is provided with the multiple spray heads, the spray cavity shell is divided into a staticpressure box and a cooling box by the partition plate, the static pressure box is connected with a water inlet pipe, the cooling box is arranged close to the heat exchanger core body, and air outletscommunicating with the steam outlets are reserved on the left end face and the right end face of the cooling box. According to the spray cooling heat exchanger, a spray cooling technology is adopted,so that the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger is enhanced; and the heat exchanger core body adopts an integral cold plate, the structural performance is improved, and the capability ofovercoming thermal stress is greatly improved.
