A coolant water U-tube of condenser coolant water entering the evaporator is divided into two tubes from the bottom, one of the coolant water tube is provided with a coolant water ball valve, and the other coolant water tube is provided with a coolant water liquid sealer. Coolant water of the two tubes enters the evaporatorafter being converged; and a concentrated solution adjusting valve is arranged on a concentrated solution absorber tube.
